R-Value

Fabcon panels offer superior R-Values.  These R-Values represent better insulation and greater resistance to heat, resulting in lower heating and cooling costs for most buildings. Because of the rigid layers of insulation incorporated into Fabcon’s panels, buildings are able to maintain optimal levels of energy-efficiency.

Fabcon panels have been engineered to lower heating costs while maintaining structural integrity. They offer dramatic advantages over both masonry and conventional sandwich panels.

How big a difference? It depends on a number of factors, including how you measure R-Values. While Fabcon can claim a higher R-Value using even the simplest, most common way of determining R-Value, its superiority is even more dramatic when you factor in lateral and transverse heat loss through the “thermal bridges” built into sandwich panels.
