A band is an imprinted visual border on a smooth surfaced wall panel. Bands are a result of troweling smooth finishes on our raked or ribbed panels or a recess on our steel form finish, and are a minimum of 2 inches in height.

On a top finish panel, a band is formed by eliminating the texture (rake, rib, or imprint) of the wall.
