<p>Purpose/Scope:  Assist Project Management and Field groups in the functions necessary to ensure that each project comes to completion with efficient, expedient, successful, and profitable results.</p>
<p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Complete all daily, weekly and monthly reporting as necessary including but not limited to patching checklists, site access, field planning, 10 and out, setting performance, return trips, steel, delay/repair, crew rosters, recall lists, foreman reporting, dashboards, workload summary reports, info ratings, service time, etc.</li>
<li>Create, monitor and update reporting for year-end performance of PM and field groups</li>
<li>Involvement in monitoring and development of TA processes and meetings</li>
<li>Update and report Field Competition results</li>
<li>Compile 5 Minute Updates for Management Meetings</li>
<li>Attend and help coordinate Field Foreman meetings</li>
<li>Manage and update necessary information related to new and approved Subcontractors, contracts, insurance, etc.</li>
<li>Monitor and assist in progress of Field reviews</li>
<li>Update Union pay rates, union information, sending out notification and letters regarding EEO compliance as necessary</li>
<li>Assist with updatiing and developing Work Instructions as required</li>
<li>Develop miscellaneous databases, spreadsheets, reporting as needed</li>
<li>Take notes at weekly staff meetings</li>
<li>Update all vacation requests on calendars for tracking as required</li>
<li>Support Mgr of PM, Mgr of PM Services, Corp Field Manager, Field Quality Control Manager as requested</li>
</ul>
<p>Minimum Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Good oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with little direction</li>
<li>Efficient in a variety of systems such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)</li>
<li>Good decision making skills and able to solve problems</li>
<li>Well organized and detail-oriented</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Two to three (2-3) years of office experience and/or business school</li>
</ul>

<p>Location:  Savage, MN</p>
<p align="left">Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Make sure there is sufficient material available to land and protect panels (“dunnage”) during shipment using Work Instructions and dunnage charts</li>
<li>Work with other yard employees to ensure that trucks are parked in a safe area and lined up correctly</li>
<li>Load trucks with product as soon as the load tickets are provided</li>
<li>Work with crane operator to ensure proper placement of panels</li>
<li>Properly hook and unhook cables, straps, rigging, to panels- protect with pad as needed.</li>
<li>Make sure panels are set straight and level with proper dunnage placement</li>
<li>Check panels for any damage or for tags and report any damage to panels seen in the yard (including, but not limited to, reporting any camber or deflection of panels to QA)</li>
<li>Record all panel locations (moves, trailers the loads went on, where they are yarded and cast numbers)</li>
<li>Ensure that yard trailers are not overloaded</li>
<li>Report or fix any sinking piles in the yard </li>
<li>Recover any stray dunnage and maintain a clean work environment</li>
<li>Maintain trucks, including, but not limited to the following: checking oil level in truck engines regularly, checking out each trailers for damage, low/flat tires, obvious light damage, etc. </li>
<li>Complete Equipment Inspection Checklist after each use </li>
</ul>
<p align="left">Minimum Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Valid driver’s license</li>
<li>Past yard truck driving experience (manual transmission)</li>
<li>Know how to safely operate a truck</li>
<li>Know how to properly hook and unhook trailers</li>
<li>Understand and follow dunnage placement procedures</li>
<li>Self-starter with good people skills</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with crane operators, coworkers, and supervisors</li>
<li>Must be able to write legibly </li>
</ul>
<p align="left">Preferred Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Yard crane or heavy equipment operator experience</li>
<li>Commercial driver’s license </li>
</ul>
<p align="left">Physical Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to work nights</li>
<li>Must be able to walk on uneven gravel surface for duration of shift</li>
<li>Ability to climb onto and off of trailers and into and out of truck</li>
<li>Must be able to lift 75 lbs</li>
<li> Must be able to work outside in the weather</li>
<li>Ability to work extensive overtime when required </li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Fabcon</strong>, a premier manufacturer of pre-cast concrete products, has immediate openings for <strong>all shifts</strong> for <strong>General Laborers</strong> for our, Mahanoy City, PA plant. We are looking for motivated team members who are committed to operating in a safe and efficient manner and are able to work overtime.</p>
<p><strong>Fabcon offers competitive wages and benefits, including a 401K plan and opportunities for growth. Starting pay $11.30/hr., $12.77/hr. after 4 months with progressive increases thereafter.</strong></p>
<p>Position Requirements:</p>
<p>Production Laborer:</p>
<ul>
<li>Perform work necessary to assist with the production of high quality concrete products including wall panels, highway traffic barriers, columns, and sound walls</li>
<li>Perform LEAN tasks as directed, including, but not limited to the following: attend LEAN meetings/training; take before and after pictures of project areas; red tag and clean specific areas; provide good ideas/solutions to improve plant and yard processes; coach other employees on LEAN practices; help develop visual standards; report any problems/issues to Production Supervisor or Plant Manager; and coordinate with plant management and prioritize projects to ensure prompt completion.</li>
</ul>
<p>Yard Laborer:</p>
<ul>
<li>Make sure dunnage is available to land panels using Work Instructions and dunnage charts</li>

<li>Practice good housekeeping habits by frequently cleaning and maintaining a healthy environment.</li>
</ul>
<p>Education Requirements:</p>

<li>High School diploma or GED required</li>
</ul>
<p>Physical Requirements:</p>

<li>Must be able to climb onto and off of trailers</li>

<p>Purpose/Scope:  The QA Technician inspects material and products in reference to pre-established quality guidelines.</p>
<p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Performs all aspects of the pre-pour check, the structural check, the finish check, the jig check, and the testing of the material</li>
<li>Strips the product off the bed and enters tagged or scrapped material into the computer</li>
<li>Inspects material and product for meeting quality requirements</li>
<li>Reports quality problems to production personnel and Quality Assurance Manager</li>
</ul>
<p>Minimum Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Good analytical and math skills</li>
<li>Detail-oriented</li>
<li>Good verbal and written skills</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and/or production drawings</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Experience performing concrete tests</li>
<li>Problem-solving skills</li>
</ul>
<p>Physical Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds</li>
<li>Must be able to climb up and down from moving equipment in accordance with safety regulations</li>
</ul>
