Q.  Do Fabcon panels crack?

A. As concrete cures it will shrink slightly perhaps causing small shrinkage cracks, which are not structural defects. The outside face of the wall panels is not reinforced to avoid thermal bowing and increases the energy-efficiency of the panel by allowing continuous insulation. After the panels are installed, any horizontal shrinkage cracks will close over time as the face of the panel settles.
