FABCON HIRES DIRECTOR OF FIELD OPERATIONS

SAVAGE, Minn., Sept. 5, 2006 ? Fabcon, a leading manufacturer of precast concrete panels, recently named Steve Duncan as director of field operations for its Minnesota facility. Duncan, who has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, will oversee all aspects of field construction activities with special attention to safety, communication, innovation, quality and profitability.

Duncan received a bachelor of science in industrial technology from the University of Minnesota Duluth and holds a master of business administration from the University of St. Thomas. Previously, Steve served as vice president of the American Sub-Contractors Association of Minnesota. He joins Fabcon after serving as general manager and chief operation officer at H&B Specialized Products in Minneapolis.
