Fabcon Appoints Pat Bowe to Board of Directors

SAVAGE, Minn. ? September 23, 2008 ? Fabcon, a leading manufacturer of structural fabricated concrete wall panels, announced the addition of Cargill executive Pat Bowe to the company?s board of directors.


Bowe has worked at Cargill for 24 years and currently serves as president of Cargill Sweeteners, North America. Bowe was initially hired in its Investor Services unit and has held a variety of management positions in several of Cargill?s operating units, including Cargill Metals, Cargill North America Corn Milling and as head of its corn milling business in Brazil.

A California native, Bowe graduated from Stanford University with a bachelor?s degree in political science and a master?s degree in economics. He is active in several Minnesota community non-profit organizations, currently serving as a board member for the Corn Refiners Association and was Cargill?s chairman for the 2004 United Way Campaign.
