Fabcon, a leading precast concrete wall producer, announced that its patented VersaCore Plus? wall panels will be used to build two new office and warehouse facilities in Minnesota and New Jersey. Holleran Dultsman Architects will use more than 81,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus concrete wall panels for a new distribution center for College City Beverage in Dundas, Minn. The panels will have a steel form finish, and erection began in late August.
Fabcon will provide approximately 61,200 square feet of VersaCore Plus concrete wall panels for JE Berkowitz, a glass fabricator. The company will be the first to occupy the Gateway Business Park in Pedricktown, N.J. The architect for the project is Margulies Hoelzli. Erection began in early September. Fabcon provides architects, engineers and building owners with precast wall panels that deliver premium thermal efficiency, structural integrity and design flexibility. The VersaCore Plus panels from Fabcon feature the benefits of low shipping costs and the ability to cast window and door openings during the precast process.
