FABCON TO PROVIDE MORE THAN 250,000 SQUARE FEET OF PRECAST WALL PANELS FOR INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES

SAVAGE, Minn., Oct. 25, 2006 ? Fabcon, a leading precast concrete wall producer, announced that three manufacturing and industrial facilities will use its patented VersaCore Plus? wall panels in Minnesota and Missouri.

APC Tech Center ? APC Tech Center in O'Fallon, Mo., will use approximately 57,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus precast concrete panels. The building will have a steel form finish.

Case New Holland ? CSO Schenkel Shultz architects selected Fabcon to provide more than 120,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus precast concrete panels for Case New Holland in Cameron, Mo. The building will feature a steel form finish.

Cybex ? Fabcon will provide approximately 75,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus precast concrete panels for Cybex's new manufacturing facility in Owatonna, Minn. The building will have a random rib finish.
