Three Office and Warehouse Buildings Will Feature Fabcon Precast Wall Panels

SAVAGE, Minn., Nov. 22, 2006 ? Leading precast concrete wall producer, Fabcon, will provide over 250,000 square feet of its patented VersaCore Plus? wall panels for three new facilities in Minnesota, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Fabcon will provide Liberty Engineering with approximately 115,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus precast concrete panels for a new facility, Higgins Warehouse, in Kutztown, Pa. Erection began in early October.

A new single-user warehouse designed by Facility Design Group, Inc. will use nearly 90,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus precast concrete panels. The building, located in Shelby, Ohio, will feature a steel form finish.

Precept Design, LLC will use approximately 50,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus precast wall panels with a steel form finish for a new FedEx Ground warehouse in Shakopee, Minn. Erection began in late October.
