FABCON TO PROVIDE MORE THAN 275,000 SQUARE FEET OF PRECAST PANELS FOR BIG BOX RETAILERS

SAVAGE, Minn., Nov. 1, 2006 ? Fabcon, a leading precast concrete wall producer, announced that four retailers will use its patented VersaCore Plus? wall panels for five new facilities in Indiana and Minnesota.

* Lowe's ? Lowe's newest store in Blaine, Minn., will use approximately 60,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus precast concrete panels.

* Menards ? Fabcon will provide Menards with more than 110,000 combined square feet of VersaCore Plus precast concrete panels for two new stores in Moorhead, Minn. and Richmond, Ind.

* Waytek, Inc. ? A new facility for electrical supplier Waytek, Inc. in Chanhassen, Minn. will feature approximately 54,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus precast panels in a uniform rib finish.

* Wal-Mart ? Fabcon will provide Wal-Mart with more than 53,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus precast panels for a new store in Litchfield, Minn.
