NEW OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE FACILITIES WILL FEATURE FABCON PRECAST WALL PANELS

SAVAGE, Minn., May 25, 2006 ? Fabcon, the leading precast concrete wall producer, will provide more than 650,000 square feet of its patented VersaCore Plus? wall panels to build eight new office and warehouse facilities in Connecticut, Illinois, Kentucky, Pennsylvania and Ontario, Canada.

Fabcon will provide WHA Architects with approximately 300,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus concrete wall panels for three new ProLogis warehouse facilities in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

The Rubloff Architectural Group will use approximately 60,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus concrete wall panels for the North Aurora Town Center, located in North Aurora, Ill.

Fabcon will supply Next Architecture with approximately 50,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus concrete wall panels for the Imperial Business Park Building 150 in Oakdale, Pa.

Leo Dwyer, PE, LLC, AIA will use approximately 50,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus concrete wall panels for the Stratford Building 2A in Stratford, Conn.

Fabcon will provide Opus Architects and Engineers approximately 120,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus concrete wall panels for the 200 Crossings Drive/Estee Lauder facility in Bristol, Pa.

Kovert Hawkins will use approximately 82,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus concrete wall panels for the Global Port Building 1 in Louisville, Ky.
