FABCON APPOINTS DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

SAVAGE, Minn., May 18, 2006 ? Fabcon, leading precast concrete wall manufacturer, recently promoted Dave Henderson to Director of Operations. Henderson previously served as Manager of Operations and assumed his new role at the Savage, Minn., headquarters.

As Director of Operations, Henderson will oversee company-wide implementation of advanced manufacturing systems, such as Fabcon's automation and lean manufacturing initiatives. Henderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from University of South Florida-Tampa.
