Fabcon Promotes Andrew Krichbaum to Regional Vice President of its Ohio Facility

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- April 7, 2008

Leading precast concrete panel manufacturer, Fabcon, announced the promotion of Andrew Krichbaum to Regional Vice President of its Ohio manufacturing facility, where he will oversee operations.

"Andy's exceptional leadership and track record of success make him ideally suited to make critical decisions and provide the direction necessary to manage our Ohio plant operations," said Mike Le Jeune, president and CEO of Fabcon.

Krichbaum has served as a project manager at Fabcon for a year and a half, overseeing construction projects in the Ohio region. Previously, he was the director of special projects at Signstrut Milwaukee - a major sign manufacturer - where he developed and implemented lean process improvements and redesigns with six sigma procedures critical to turning around an under performing division. Krichbaum is a member of the Columbus Builder's Exchange and holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Ohio State University in Columbus.

Customers can choose from a wide range of standard and custom finish options, as well as a variety of aggregate designs to help create unique appearances for their commercial construction projects.
