BIG BOX RETAIL FACILITIES WILL FEATURE FABCON PRECAST WALL PANELS

SAVAGE, Minn., July 27, 2006 ? Fabcon, a leading precast concrete wall producer, announced that three big box retailers will use its patented VersaCore Plus? wall panels for seven new retail facilities in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New York, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

* Costco ? Costco has selected Fabcon to supply and install 67,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus precast concrete panels for its newest store in Maple Grove, Minn.

* Lowe's ? Fabcon will provide Lowe's with more than 240,000 combined square feet of VersaCore Plus precast concrete panels for four new stores in Elgin, Ill., Oneida, N.Y., Oak Park Heights, Minn., and Sioux Falls, S.D.

* Menards ? Menards' newest stores in Beaver Dam, Wis. and Iowa City, Iowa, will use more than 100,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus concrete panels.
