ARCHITECTS IN NEW JERSEY AND OHIO SELECT FABCON TO PROVIDE MORE THAN 400,000 SQUARE FEET OF PRECAST

SAVAGE, Minn., July 19, 2006 ? Fabcon, a leading precast concrete wall producer, announced that three architects will use its patented VersaCore Plus? wall panels to build four new office and warehouse facilities in Ohio and New Jersey.

* Fabcon will provide KSS Architects LLP with approximately 300,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus concrete wall panels for a new warehouse-distribution center at iPort in Carteret, N.J. and Forsgate Ventures IX in South Hackensack, N.J.

* Heitman Architects will use approximately 128,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus concrete wall panels for Centerpoint Business Center, located in Obetz, Ohio.

* Fabcon will supply Mario V. Cammarano with approximately 80,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus concrete wall panels for River Terminal 55 in Kearny, N.J.
