FABCON HIRES GENERAL MANAGER FOR PENNSYLVANIA FACILITY

SAVAGE, Minn., July 13, 2006 ? Leading precast concrete wall manufacturer, Fabcon, recently named Bill Shugars as general manager for its Pennsylvania manufacturing facility. Shugars will supervise and manage plant-wide operations, including maintaining safety standards and enhancing ongoing automation projects at the Fabcon facility.

Shugars has worked in the construction industry for the past 25 years. He joins Fabcon after serving as director of manufacturing at Mark Line Industries, which specializes in manufacturing commercial modular buildings, such as office trailers, schools and clinics. Shugars holds a bachelor of science in engineering and industrial management from Gannon University.
