FOUR BUILDINGS FEATURE FABCON PRECAST WALL PANELS

Over 260,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus? precast concrete panels selected for buildings in Iowa, New Hampshire, New Jersey and Missouri

Fabcon, a leading precast concrete wall producer, announced that four buildings: a retail store, ice arena, distribution facility and a single-user warehouse, will use its patented VersaCore Plus? wall panels.

• Target Seabrook - Fabcon will provide more than 50,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus for a new single-user office facility in Seabrook, N.H. Erection is expected to begin in July.
• Pepsico Worley - The single-user facility expansion in Cedar Rapids, Iowa will feature approximately 52,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus precast wall panels with a standard rake finish. Erection is expected to begin in February.
• AMB Franklin Commerce Center - Fabcon will provide more than 79,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus precast panels for a new distribution facility in Freehold, N.J. The architect for the project is GMA Design Group, Inc.
• St. Peters Recreation - The City of St. Peters, Mo., will use approximately 86,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus precast panels to expand the St. Peters Recreation ice arena. The building will feature a steel form finish and erection is expected to begin in March.
