FABCON TO PROVIDE MORE THAN 200,000 SQUARE FEET OF PRECAST WALL PANELS FOR BUILDING PROJECTS

SAVAGE, Minn., Aug. 2, 2006 ? Fabcon, a leading precast concrete wall producer, will provide more than 200,000 square feet of its patented VersaCore Plus? wall panels for two new buildings in Michigan and Ohio.

Glavan Feher Architects Inc. has specified approximately 151,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus concrete wall panels for use on a new building in Creekside South Industrial Park in Obetz, Ohio. The panels will have a steel form broom finish and erection began in late July.

Fabcon will provide Lowe`s with more than 56,000 square feet of VersaCore Plus precast concrete panels for a new store in Madison Heights, Mich. Erection began in early July.
