FABCON INC. NAMES GENERAL MANAGER FOR MINNESOTA FACILITY

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- November 12, 2003


SAVAGE, Minn. ? Nov. 12, 2003 ? Precast concrete panel leader, Fabcon, Inc., today announced the appointment of Tony Markgraf as general manager of its Savage, Minn. manufacturing operations. Markgraf will manage production and supply of Fabcon VersaCore? panels to meet customer demand in the company's midwestern region.


Markgraf began work at Fabcon 15 years ago as a drafter. Since then, he has held several positions including project manager, director of project management, director of engineering, regional manager, and now general manager. He brings a broad range of building, engineering, and precast concrete panel expertise that will help the Savage manufacturing facility continue to meet its goals of continuous quality and process improvement.
