FABCON APPOINTS DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- August 10, 2005


SAVAGE, Minn. ? August 10, 2005 ? Leading precast concrete wall manufacturer, Fabcon, recently appointed Dan Bible as director of project management. Bible previously served as regional manager of the company's Indiana facility and will assume his new role at the Savage, Minn., headquarters in September 2005.


"Dan holds a reputation as an organized and budget-conscious leader," said Mike Le Jeune, president, CEO, Fabcon. "These are skills he will share with our project managers in order to continue Fabcon's high standards for customer service and responsiveness."


As director of project management, Bible will oversee both project and regional managers. In his previous role as regional manager out of the Indiana facility, he was responsible for managing project managers and field operations in Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Missouri and surrounding states. Before that, he was project manager where he managed day-to-day activities for commercial projects in Indiana and surrounding states. Bible holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and management from Indiana University.
