SAVAGE, Minn. May 27, 2010 — Fabcon, one of America’s leading manufacturers of precast concrete wall panels, has won the “100% Award” from Ohio safety officials for operating an entire year without a single workday lost due to employee injury or illness.

The award was presented Wednesday, April 21, at the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and the Safety Council of Greater Columbus 4th annual awards banquet, which recognized participating companies with outstanding safety statistics in 2009.

The “100% Award” was one of four awards given out at the banquet. The awards are based on the annual injury and illness reports that companies submit to the Greater Columbus Safety Council.
